Email Marketing for High Ticket Coaches

Get more clients with leads you already have.

You bought them once. Most of them never heard from you again. They are still sitting in your CRM, and they are the cheapest clients you will sign this quarter.

01 / The treadmill

Cost per lead is up again.

So you brief 3 more hooks, because it's probably the creative.

Your setters work the fresh leads. They have to. There are only so many hours in a day and the new ones are the warm ones.

By Friday, Monday's leads have gone cold. By the end of the month they're in the CRM with everyone else from the last 2 years.

Then the first rolls round and you start at zero again.

That isn't a traffic problem. You're buying attention and then putting most of it in a drawer.

02 / The 95%

5% is a good conversion rate. Nobody ever asks about the other 95%.

100 people give you their info this week. Here's where they go as per industry average.

Out of 100 leadsHow manyWhat actually happens
Never answer42You dial 6 times over 3 weeks. Nothing. Your setter marks them dead.
Answer, never book23Says send me some info. You send it. They go quiet.
Book, never show12On the calendar, then gone. One reminder text was the whole follow up.
Show, don't buy18Sits through the entire call, likes it, says not right now. Never contacted again.
Buy5Your month.

You paid full price for all 100.

Those 5 are your month. The 95 are your business, and almost nobody treats them like it.

Here's the part that should annoy you. Emailing all 95 costs you less than $1. You already paid to get every one of them, so the second run at selling them costs you the software and nothing else. That is why email returns more per dollar than anything else you run. The industry average sits around 46 times what you put in.

They didn't say no. Most of them said NOT YET!

05 / The build

9 sequences, built inside your GoHighLevel.

Each one catches a specific group of people who are already in your CRM and are currently hearing nothing.

01

Welcome sequence

Every new opt-in

5 emails. Who you are, what you stand for, one real lesson given away free, then the ask. Most coaches have an autoresponder with a download link and nothing after it.

Day 7Live in
week 1
02

Started the application, never finished

Highest intent on the list

They typed their name and got pulled away. The warmest people you have, and almost nobody emails them.

Day 7Live in
week 1
03

Showed up, didn't buy

Where the money is

The long one. Most of the revenue on this page came out of here. People who sat through the whole pitch and stalled are the warmest segment you own.

Week 2Built and

04

Booked, never showed

Show rate

Your show rate is decided in the gap between the booking and the call. Right now there is probably 1 reminder sitting in it.

Week 2Built and

05

Opted in, never booked at all

Biggest group

Called twice, went quiet, and that was that. By a distance the largest segment in your database.

Week 2Built and

06

Database reactivation

Everyone, once

One clean sweep of everyone who ever gave you an email address, sorted by what they actually did, not by when they joined.

Week 3Warmed and
segmented
07

Launch and open cart

Mastermind, cohort, challenge

Sells against a deadline without sounding like every other launch in their inbox.

Week 3Ready for the

08

Buyer ascension

Low ticket to high ticket

The people who bought the $97 thing and were never properly asked about the $10,000 thing.

Week 4Built and

09

Win-back

Churned members

People who left, are still in the game, and are now paying somebody else.

Week 4Built and
sending

Plus 3 to 5 campaigns a week, every week, written and sent by us. That is what keeps the list awake so reactivation is NEVER a problem.

06 / The difference

You're already emailing. It just isn't this.

The emails your audience gets from us should be worth reading even when there is nothing to buy. That is the whole difference.

WhatWhat you're doing nowWhat we run
Whose voice it's inSounds like an agency wrote it.Yours. We study your podcasts, your videos and the posts that did numbers until the writing sounds like you talking.
What it stands forNothing in particular. What you actually believe. The same positions you take on camera, said again in the inbox.
What the reader getsAn ask.Something useful. They learn something every send, whether or not they ever buy.
Who it goes toEveryone, on Tuesday.Split by where they stalled. Someone who no-showed and someone who never answered never get the same email.
How oftenWhen there's a promo.3 to 5 a week, promo or no promo.

07 / What you can hold us to

4 things you can check against a calendar.

Week 1

The 2 sequences that pay FASTEST go live inside the first week. Not a strategy document, not a roadmap. Live, sending, COLLECTING!

Off your desk

We write it, build it, schedule it and send it. 3 to 5 campaigns a week on top of the sequences. Nothing lands in your inbox for approval at 11 at night.

You own it

Everything is built in your account, on your domain. The day we stop working together you keep all of it and it keeps running.

Collect cash

Every month you get one number: cash collected from email, pulled from your GoHighLevel, not from a dashboard we built to look good.

08 / How it works

You review the first drafts. That's the ONLY thing we need from you.

Week 1

We learn to sound like you

We go through your content. Podcasts, YouTube, your socials, the posts that did numbers. We come out of it able to write in your voice and say what you actually believe. First drafts are in your hands by the end of the week.

Week 1

The first 2 go live

Welcome Sequence and Application Abandon. Sending by day 7.

Weeks 2 to 4

The rest of the 8

One at a time, in the order that makes money soonest. The weekly campaigns start alongside them.

Every month

Cash collected

The number, and what we're building next. No deck, no retro, no 60 slide report.

09 / Fit

This is worth money to some businesses and not others.

Works for you if

  • Your main offer is $3,000 or more
  • You have at least 5,000 people in the database
  • You're running traffic, or you built an audience
  • Leads come in faster than your team can work them
  • You put out content, so there's a voice to learn
  • Your email right now is blasts, or nothing

Not worth it if

  • Your offer is under $1,000
  • You haven't built a list yet
  • You want 1 newsletter a month
  • You want to approve every subject line

10 / Questions

The ones we get asked on every call.

We're on GoHighLevel. Can you work in it?
That's where nearly everything on this page was built. We work inside your account, in your sub-account, on your domain. Kit, ActiveCampaign and Keap are fine too.
How do you write in my voice?
We go through your content first. Podcast episodes, YouTube, your socials, the posts that did numbers. The point isn't to copy your phrasing, it's to know what you believe and what you refuse to say. The first drafts come to you in week 1 so you can tell us where we're off.
Our list hasn't been emailed in over a year.
Good. That's the version of this that pays the most, and it's most of what we do. A list that's been left alone is a list nobody has burned out yet.
Will this burn our domain?
It would if we mailed everyone on day 1. We don't. We warm the sending domain, go out in waves by engagement, and cut the dead weight before volume goes up. Roughly 1 in 6 marketing emails never reaches an inbox at all, so deliverability is most of the job in month 1.
Won't people unsubscribe?
Yes, and the first send after a long silence always has the highest number. That is people who were already gone telling you so. A contact who unsubscribes costs you nothing. A contact who stays on the list and never opens anything quietly drags your deliverability down for everyone else, which is the expensive version.
Do I have to write anything?
No. You review the first drafts in week 1 so we can lock the voice. After that it runs without you.
How long before it makes money?
The 2 sequences that go live in week 1 usually land inside the first month. The compounding part, where every new lead walks into a sequence instead of a drawer, takes a quarter.
What does it cost?
It depends on list size and send volume, so we'd rather give you a real number on the call than a range here that turns out to be wrong.
Do you work with ecommerce as well?
Yes, that's the main business. The homepage covers that side. This page is for coaches.
